Velura respects your privacy. In short: Velura does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens on your device.

1. Information We Collect

None. Velura is a stand-alone photo-editing tool with no analytics, telemetry, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or third-party tracking. No servers receive your data, because there are no servers.

2. How Velura Uses Your Photos

When you pick a photo via the system Photo Picker, Velura reads it only into memory on your device for the editing session. Your photos are:

• Never uploaded
• Never shared with third parties
• Never analyzed beyond what you visibly do in the editor
• Discarded from memory when you close the project

The only write that leaves the app is saving your exported design to your own Photos library, and only when you tap Export (which requires the standard iOS permission).

3. Data Stored On Your Device

Apple’s UserDefaults (SwiftUI @AppStorage) remembers two preferences: the selected export format (JPG quality or PNG) and whether haptics are enabled. These live on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Third-Party Services

None. Velura uses no third-party services, SDKs, analytics, ad networks, or tracking — only public on-device Apple frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, Photos, Core Image), which run locally.

5. Permissions Velura Requests

Photos “Add to Library”: required only when you tap Export to save your finished design. You can revoke it via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Velura.

6. Children’s Privacy

Velura does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. It is safe for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

Changes are published here with an updated effective date; material changes are also noted in the release notes.
