An international team of astronomers, using the advanced GRAVITY+ instrument in Chile, has discovered secrets about the giant gas planet “Beta Pictoris b”, which is 11 times larger than Jupiter. The study published in a scientific journal concluded that the planet formed in the warm region close to its star.
