This topic, the appearance of Google Pixel 11 Pro in images with Pixel Glow RGB LEDs for the first time, appeared on Tech Unlimited.

References to the Pixel Glow feature were discovered in the code of the Pixel Diagnostics app in April, however, RGB lighting was not visible in leaked images. This may have changed now as Google has published a short teaser video on the Google Store where the color of the LED flash on the camera module changes.

While the Pixel Glow feature is much smaller than the Glyph Matrix feature on the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, which costs $539 for example, it is likely that the colored LEDs will serve a similar function such as indicating incoming calls and notifications. The color could be useful, for example, by lighting up in green for a WhatsApp app message or blue for a Facebook app notification.

According to previous rumors, the Pixel Glow feature is also expected to provide a visual response when users interact with an AI-powered voice assistant. It remains unclear whether Pixel Glow will be exclusive to the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL or if it will also be available on the more affordable Pixel 11 and the foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

The Google Pixel 11 series is set to be officially unveiled on August 12, with rumors suggesting a number of upgrades, including the Google Tensor G6 ARM processor. However, reports indicate that Google will remove the temperature sensor from the Pixel 10 Pro, meaning it won't be possible to measure skin or food temperature anymore. The Google Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro XL have recently appeared in images showcasing all the new colors.
