In an official disclosure submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company revealed that the attack directly affected Virlaif's production systems, prompting the company to temporarily halt operations until the crisis was contained and the affected systems were restored. The company confirmed that its operations in Canada continue normally and are not affected by the incident.
