Nubia officially announced the NaviX Ultra smartphone, after days of building anticipation during the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in China, describing it as the world’s first smartphone based on artificial intelligence (AI Agent).

Although the company has not yet revealed the full technical specifications of the phone, it showcased its design through Weibo, featuring a triple rear camera within a horizontal bar inspired by Pixel phones.

Nubia confirmed that NaviX Ultra will run on the Doubao intelligent assistant, which is the core element in the AI experience within the device.

The company also clarified that the phone will be available in four colors: Blue Horizon, Black, Dreamscape, and White when it hits the market.

In a related context, Nubia revealed that the phone won the SAIL 2026 (Super AI Leader) award before the start of WAIC 2026, reflecting the company’s focus on artificial intelligence technologies.
