According to leaks, Oppo is preparing to launch a wide-screen smartphone with an unfolded design, which may be called Reno X. The latest leaked information indicates that the phone may come with a leading rear camera system.

According to the leaker Digital Chat Station, Oppo will equip the phone with a 200 megapixel main rear camera, placing it in the category of phones offering advanced imaging capabilities.

In addition to the main camera, the phone may include a telephoto periscope-type camera. Predictions also indicate that it could be unveiled alongside the Find X10 series.

Although the leaker did not reveal additional details, they previously mentioned that the phone will have an LTPO screen ranging from 6.3 to 6.4 inches with a 16:10 aspect ratio. They also predicted that Oppo would launch the phone under the name Reno X.

In terms of design, Oppo may draw inspiration for the phone from Huawei Pura X, but with an unfolded screen. Leaks also indicate that the phone will rely on a Dimensity 9 series chip, along with a large battery with a capacity of 7,000 mAh.

Interestingly, an earlier leak this year also indicated that Huawei was working on a version of Pura X with an unfolded screen, meaning that the design of wide-screen phones may see new competition in the coming period.
