Huawei is preparing to launch the new generation of MateBook Fold in the second half of this year, after months of releasing the first version with a foldable screen last May.

The leaker Digital Chat Station revealed via Weibo that the new device will come in three colors: shiny gold, white, and black.

It will also be available in three memory and storage options, including 24GB of RAM with 512GB of storage, 24GB with 1TB, and 32GB with 2TB.

The leak indicated that the device will rely on one of the Kirin X9 processors, while Huawei focused on reducing production costs in this version.

It is still unclear whether this step will affect the final price of the device, as the company may only aim to compensate for the increased cost of larger memory and storage options.
