Samsung has officially confirmed the names of its upcoming wearable devices, which are expected to be unveiled during the highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event in London on July 22nd.

The list includes the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2, along with a new device called Galaxy Able.

Galaxy Able is believed to be Samsung’s first earbud design that clips onto the ear without being inserted into the ear canal, after previous leaks indicated it would be released as Galaxy Buds Able. However, the company has seemingly abandoned the word “Buds” in its naming.

Information also suggests that the earbuds will rely on bone conduction technology to transmit sound instead of using traditional speakers found in the Galaxy Buds series.

The confirmation of names came through the latest version of the Galaxy Wearable app, which included software references to the new devices.

As for the watches, leaks indicate that the Galaxy Watch9 will maintain the design of its predecessor, with a possibility of continuing to use the Exynos W1000 processor. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 is expected to run on the new Snapdragon Wear Elite processor and feature an OLED screen with a brightness of up to 5000 nits.
