Samsung is preparing to unveil the Galaxy S26 FE during the Galaxy Event scheduled for this Thursday, along with new tablets from the Galaxy Tab S series.

Galaxy S26 FE.. New processor and larger battery efficiency

The Galaxy S26 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2500 processor, replacing the Exynos 2400 used in the previous generation. The phone will maintain 8GB of RAM, with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

The device will feature a 6.7-inch OLED screen with +1080 pixel resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, along with an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, with IP68 water and dust resistance.

It will also have a battery capacity of 4,900 mAh, with 45-watt wired charging and expected 15-watt wireless charging. Data indicates the phone's ability to operate for up to 50 hours thanks to the new processor efficiency.

Similar cameras and new photography features

The device will include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP front camera.

Instead, Samsung will focus on software development with features like Horizon Lock for video stabilization, My FanCam for tracking people within the frame, and Audio Eraser to remove noise and distracting sounds from recordings.

Expected price increase

Leaks indicate that the prices of the Galaxy S26 FE will be higher than the previous generation. The 8/128 GB version may start at €800, while the 8/512 GB version could reach €1,100.

Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, with a Dimensity 9500 processor in the Plus model, a 14.6-inch screen, and an 11,600 mAh battery in the Ultra version.
