Abu Dhabi, August 13 (WAM) - The Financial and Services Sector of the Abu Dhabi Police organized a practical working session entitled "Brainstorming to Address Institutional Challenges Using Artificial Intelligence Agents", in the presence of Major General Mohammed Dahhi Al Hamiri, Director of the Sector, Colonel Mohammed Al Breik Al Amri, Deputy Director of the Sector, and department managers. The session was organized in cooperation with the Strategy and Future Department of the Decision Support and Institutional Development Sector.

The session is part of the UAE government's efforts to employ artificial intelligence in public work, as well as Abu Dhabi Government's Digital Strategy 2025-2027.

Major General Mohammed Dahhi Al Hamiri emphasized that the session represents a transition from introducing AI technologies to their practical application in addressing institutional challenges. He pointed out its role in expanding the scope of analysis and accelerating access to solutions, while stressing the importance of employees' role in decision-making.

For his part, Colonel Mohammed Al Breik Al Amri explained that developing artificial intelligence agents according to the needs of specialized departments contributes to increasing productivity, improving service quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

The session included practical applications for analyzing challenges, identifying priorities, generating ideas, and designing solutions, culminating in building prototypes for AI agents with participation from employees in the financial, logistics, police mechanisms, medical services, and engineering fields.

The session concluded with a proposal for the establishment of specialized artificial intelligence agents, which supports Abu Dhabi Police's approach to developing institutional performance, establishing an innovation culture, empowering competencies, and building a future police system based on artificial intelligence and data.
