WASHINGTON, June 6 (WAM) - SpaceX has signed a cloud computing agreement with Google under which it will pay the company $920 million per month for access to a wide range of advanced artificial intelligence chips and use of the cutting-edge infrastructure provided by SpaceX in high-performance computing.

The deal, which is expected to significantly boost SpaceX's financial resources ahead of its planned stock market listing on June 12, includes an advanced infrastructure with around 110,000 NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs), which are essential components for running Google’s artificial intelligence models.

The offering document showed that Google will start paying the full monthly amount from October 2026, with a discounted rate applied during the transitional period before this date, allowing it to gradually benefit from the new computing capabilities.

The contract extends until June 2029, making the total expected payments over the duration of the agreement around $30 billion.
