Abu Dhabi, February 20 (WAM) - The Emirates Driving School Company, a subsidiary of the Two Point Zero Group, announced its intention to acquire a majority stake of 51% in Performise Labs, a leading company in the United Arab Emirates specializing in artificial intelligence solutions.

This strategic move aims to accelerate technological transformation in the fields of driver training and testing, as well as vehicle inspection. The completion of the deal is subject to obtaining regulatory approvals and meeting closing conditions.

Performise Labs was founded in 2014 and has experienced rapid growth thanks to its innovative AI-enhanced solutions, including the intelligent virtual examiner (iVE) system, which enables fully automated field tests with real-time monitoring, biometric verification, and measurement accuracy of up to 2 cm.

The company has successfully secured major contracts with the Roads and Transport Authority in the UAE and continues to seek expansion into markets such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan.

Performise Labs supports the development of advanced scalable solutions for autonomous vehicles, industrial zones, ports, and smart city infrastructure.

This move reflects the Emirates Driving School Company's commitment to enhancing digital transformation efforts and adopting cutting-edge technologies in the sector, contributing to the improvement of services provided to customers.

The acquisition will also enable the company to integrate Performaize Labs' latest solutions into its operational system, enhancing efficiency and accuracy, and upgrading the experience of trainees at all stages of education and testing.
