Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 series will be officially unveiled this month, with significant upgrades and major features. Recently, two leaked images were published by the site, showing the completely new and innovative design of these mid-range phones. While the current Redmi Note 15 still features a curved screen on both sides, right and left, with a square camera module and rounded edges, the upcoming Redmi Note 17 Pro Max comes equipped with a more modern and contemporary design that relies on a rectangular and small camera unit, a completely flat display screen, and visible antenna lines hinting that the higher-end model in the series will come with a sturdy frame made of metal. This design stands out strongly against competing phones thanks to its attractive and eye-catching colors for the rear panel.

It seems that Xiaomi has decided to skip the entire Redmi Note 16 series and move directly to the Redmi Note 17 series, which reports indicate will come with massive upgrades.
