Motorola officially confirmed the launch date of its new Moto G77 Power phone in the Indian market on August 8. Before the actual launch, the company published the complete technical specifications for the device on its official website. The new phone features an LCD display with a size of 6.72 inches and supports a resolution of up to 2400x1080 pixels with a smooth and fast refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by the Dimensity 6400 processor, manufactured at 6nm by MediaTek, coupled with an integrated graphics processor from the ARM Mali-G57 MP2 category.

The phone will be launched in two memory configurations. The first version comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The second version has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone supports increasing the storage capacity via microSD cards up to a full 1TB. The camera system relies on a main sensor with a resolution of 50 MP from Sony LYT-600, alongside an ultra-wide lens with a resolution of 8 MP. It also includes a front camera for capturing selfies and video calls with a resolution of 32 MP.

The Moto G77 Power smartphone features a massive 7000mAh battery, a significant upgrade over the standard Moto G77 model. The new phone supports fast wired charging with a capacity of 30W and also has reverse wireless charging at 6W via a modern USB C 2.0 port. Other notable features include a 3.5mm audio jack for headphones and stereo speakers supporting Dolby Atmos surround sound, as well as support for 5G networks. In terms of software, the phone runs on the latest Android 16 operating system with Motorola promising one year of OS updates and three years of security patches.

The phone's dimensions are 166.23x 76.50 x 8.89mm and weighs approximately 215 grams. The device is dust and water-resistant, certified to IP64 standards. Color options include iconic Pantone colors such as black, blue, fuchsia red, and green, while the official price of the phone has not yet been disclosed.
