Leakers have published two new images of the expected Motorola Edge 70 Max mid-range phone. Although the external design was leaked earlier, the new images mainly reveal exciting details about the device’s internal technical specifications.

The biggest surprise is that Motorola has equipped the phone with an extremely large battery with a capacity of 7100 mAh, which is surprising given the phone's slim appearance in the leaked images. The device features a large screen measuring 6.82 inches called Extreme AMOLED by the company. It operates via a leading processor from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 category, giving it strong performance close to that of premium flagship phones.

Specifications indicate that the Motorola Edge 70 Max will be released as an advanced alternative to the standard Motorola Edge 70, which is priced at $529. It is aimed at users who prefer high performance and a large battery capacity over device thinness. Camera features may see some trade-offs, as the phone lacks a dedicated telephoto lens; instead, it includes a 50MP main camera with a Sony Lytia sensor and an ultra-wide secondary lens.
