Dell previously displayed two gaming monitors from the Alienware family with QHD resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate, with a curvature of 1500R. These are the models Alienware AW3226DM (32 inches) and Alienware AW3426DWM (34 inches). The two monitors are almost identical in terms of specifications, except for screen size and aspect ratio. Today, Dell officially launches both monitors in the US market at a price of $399.99 for the AW3426DWM model and $299.99 for the AW3226DM model.

Speaking about the larger monitor, Alienware AW3426DWM (34 inches), it boasts a resolution of 3440x1440 and an aspect ratio of 21:9. The panel comes with an anti-glare coating and a curvature of 1500R. It supports height, tilt, and pivot adjustments. The monitor operates at a maximum refresh rate of up to 240 Hz and covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color range with a contrast ratio of 3000:1. It produces brightness of 400 nits in SDR mode and reaches 450 nits in HDR mode, and has received Vesa DisplayHDR 400 certification.

Other important details of the screen include support for AMD FreeSync Premium technology and a fast response time of 1 ms from the GtG category when ultra mode is activated. The screen has two HDMI 2.1 ports with FRL and eARC support, as well as one DisplayPort 1.4 port. It also has a shared Type A and Type C input port and a Type B source port.

The smaller Alienware AW3226DM 32-inch screen comes in the traditional 16:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of up to 2560×1440. It also has a curvature of 1500R and matches all other features and specifications found on the 34-inch model, including a brightness level of 400 nits in SDR mode, a coverage rate of 95% for DCI-P3, and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. It has the same port options.
