Is this a new Google Pixel band or an enigmatic Fitbit device? It appeared on Unlimit Tech.

During last week’s big Pixel event, Google unveiled the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro, as well as the Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, along with the Pixel Watch 5 and its first-ever smart tracking device, the Pixel Tag.

However, the company did not reveal any new Fitbit devices or a second smartwatch.

But it seems that Google Australia knows something we don’t, as images of an enigmatic band have appeared in its advertisements. Reddit users who discovered the device began to wonder about its identity: could it be the Fitbit Charge 7, an edition of the Pixel Watch a-series, or something else entirely?

The enigmatic band appeared not only in one image, but also in at least two images within the Pixel 11 series advertisements. Its design appears to be clearly different from the current Fitbit Charge 6 and Fitbit Inspire 3.

Nevertheless, the Google Pixel logo that appears on the device in the images suggests it could be a Pixel band rather than a Fitbit one, as Fitbit devices usually bear the “Google Fitbit” logo.

And if it is confirmed that the device belongs to the Pixel line, it will be Google’s first-ever smart wristband, which will open the door for a new set of questions, most notably whether or not the company will add Wear OS support to its smart wristbands, or rely on a separate operating system for this type of device.
